– Out of respect for the next guests, animals are not accepted at
inside houses and outside
– It is prohibited to install tents, tent-trailers, trailers or others on the
land regardless of the duration and the reason!
– Smoking and/or vaping is prohibited inside homes
– Fires are allowed ONLY on old concrete foundations that
are located on the water's edge and ONLY when there is no wind
– The maximum number of occupants for each house is 8. It is
prohibited from adding beds or mattresses unless it is for children
5 years and under. Additional fees apply.
– We ask you to respect the premises both outside and inside.

- A payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation before taxes is
required when booking
- Payment of the balance of the invoice including taxes is required 60
days before your arrival
- A fee of 15% of the amount paid applies for any cancellation
- Fees of 50% of the total invoice including taxes apply for
all cancellations within 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
